SkySaga Game Tutorial: Fix Error Alpha Test 4
In recent time, we have received a lot of inquires of the gamers about the errors such as: can’t login, can’t register, account error, etc.
In this article, we will mention about the most popular errors that were explained from official Skysaga forum ( you can visit the forum at here: server NA – server EU ). The errors that are going to be described include:
- Error 22001 The territory is blocked from using this service
- Error 11057 The character name is already set
- Error 10050 The user is not allowed to access this service
- Error 10004 Credentials do not exist for SID
Now, we are going to learn more about the causes as well as make an effort to fix the errors mentioned above.
Error 22001 The territory is blocked from using this service
This is the most common case at present (especially the phase Alpha Test 4). This case happens when you login to the game, the system will inform the errors as shown below:
Account Error: You don’t currently have access to the testing servers. SkySaga is currently unavailable in your region. The reason is that your country is not currently listed as one of the countries that are allowed to access. (List Countries Allowed Access as of the current time: at here).
This thing is totally different from your registered account (check out the detailed tutorial at here), because when registering, you can declare that you come from the countries that are allowed to join Alpha Test (but your country is actually not in that list). Then, your account remains successful when registering, or even more, you will get an invitation for joining Alpha Test.
After that, you can download and install SkySaga game (check out detailed instruction at here) on PC normally, but when you login to a game, the host system will distinguish your country accurately (99,99%) and compare with the List Countries Allowed Access. Then, if your country is not in the List Countries Allowed Access, you will see the notice board as shown above, or you can experience Sky Saga comfortably vice versa.
Solution: None (unless you move to other countries that are in List Countries Allowed Access)
Error 11057 The character name is already set
This error is not more common, but it often appears as well
This error occurs when you create your characters, even though you are trying to rename your character, the system always informs “ Character name is already set ”.
Solutions:
- The most popular solution is exiting game; then you can create the new character (70% success)
- Another way (if you are unlucky in the 30% left): Visit this link and post your content of the error. There will be some administrators supporting you (Don’t worry, the admins in SkySaga forum work effectively)
Error 10050 The user is not allowed to access this service
This error happens when your account has not been allowed to access this SkySaga. Some gamers think that a successful registration will help you login to the game, this is totally wrong.

Successful registration is one thing, and the thing you can login to the game is completely discrepant. You can login to it when your Account Management on the official website of SkySaga includes a line as shown below:

Solutions: The only thing you can do is waiting until you get the invitation for joining Alpha Test from SkySaga (Check your email that you are using to sign up for an account regularly)
Error 10004 Credentials do not exist for SID
This error occurs when you use the account registered in NA area but login to by the server EU’s Client and vice versa.
Account Error: An error occurred during login. Crendentials do not exist for SID.

Solutions: re-download the right Client version that matches the account and your country that is in the List Countries Allowed Access.( Download SkySaga )
Reemphasize: the error cases that were mentioned above are just the common ones that usually happens to the gamers. Besides, there are some small other errors in and out of the game. We will mention them later!
If you encounter with the errors (or troubles) that are not listed above, you can leave your comment below, we will find out and offer the solutions to help you. If you think this article is useful, you can share it with other people to support each other for taking part in the SkySaga Alpha Test 4 perfectly.
